I learned the difference between the internet and "the internet" which made me realize changing my relationship with technology didn't have to be all or nothing- I could just get rid of the junk that eats up all my days
Ah, this is my own personal favourite lesson that came out of my journey to get offline! The all-or-nothing thinking was so exhausting and detrimental to finding that balance to enjoy both the offline and online world appropriately. Glad it's resonated with you as well.

I have been there for maaaaaaaaaany years as well, and it does get easier, and it is worth every moment of struggle to get away from it all. Trust the process, be gentle with yourself, and keep going. I'm rooting for you!!!
