That book sounds great. I also wonder a lot what I would do if I didn’t have social media. And I do think I’d probably compare myself to others a lot less
Maybe I'll write on my experience of self comparison disappearing after I got offline! It's harder to make yourself that impressive in reality so easier to not feel like you're doing that much worse than others.
