Hi Mehret. I read (almost) every one of your posts, and they are a great reminder for me to be more aware of my online/ offline time. So thanks for that.
When I'm offline I like to be fully immersed in the conversations I have with my friends and also in physical activities. When I feel like wasting time online or in front of Netflix I just go to the gym... So recently I've been going to the gym a lot and actually got super fit instead.
I relate to this so much. Whenever I don't feel like working out, which is 90% of the time lol, I ask myself what would I be doing instead. Gets me to the gym, the alternative is almost always time wasted online. I have never regretted working out instead, not even once.
