I unplug to immerse myself in nature.
Unplugging gives me the freedom to interact with the world around; people, nature and everything in between.
Unplugging allows me to have thoughts I otherwise never would have. I find that when unplugged I'm much more creative, and perhaps much more myself.
I unplug to be more mindful of what’s around me. I feel like when I use my devices, I can feel my brain going numb and it blocks my true thoughts and emotions. When I unplug, my awareness goes way up and I feel like I can appreciate the little things better
I unplug for my mental health and to give my brain the space to reflect and form its own thoughts without outside influence.
