Yes! I love how nature doesn’t demand anything from us, but is always there for us to enjoy.

Unplugging gives me the freedom to interact with the world around; people, nature and everything in between.

It IS a freedom! Never thought of it that way. Free to interact with reality 😌

Unplugging allows me to have thoughts I otherwise never would have. I find that when unplugged I'm much more creative, and perhaps much more myself.

This reminded me that whenever I spend a significant amount of time disconnected, memories from long time ago start popping up, like not good or bad but just things I never remember when my brain is constantly consuming information to pause and retrieve old information. Lovely!

I unplug to be more mindful of what’s around me. I feel like when I use my devices, I can feel my brain going numb and it blocks my true thoughts and emotions. When I unplug, my awareness goes way up and I feel like I can appreciate the little things better

I unplug for my mental health and to give my brain the space to reflect and form its own thoughts without outside influence.
