Hi there,
When was the last time you did something for the first time?
Five things to share:
What do you do instead? You commit to do anything but wasting another moment, let alone hours, of your life tapping away at a screen. You commit to never again fighting sleep just for another dopamine hit via a funny tweet, and it's 3:23am. You commit to never ignoring someone in a conversation, while scrolling through a Reddit conversation. Not because there will be something magical waiting on the other side, but because you have realized tapping away at a screen endlessly while ignoring people around you isn't how you want to get through your days, and by extension your life.

When was the last time you spent more than a day, let alone two weeks, without the internet? It has been over a decade for me... 😳
A quote I want to share with you:
In a world that entices us to browse through the lives of others to help us better determine how we feel about ourselves, and to in turn feel the need to be constantly visible — for visibility these days seems to somehow equate to success — don’t be afraid to disappear from it, from us, for a while and see what comes to you in the silence.
