Hi there,
It’s oppressively gloomy here in Toronto and I think it’s finally getting to me. I almost sent another email to delete but instead I settled for dumping sharing low-effort mismatch of things seen, heard, remembered. I hope you like.
Five things to share:
In the midst of a global mental health crisis, millions of people have turned to mindfulness. But does it actually make us happier and healthier? In My Year of Living Mindfully. (I watched it on Kanopy for free!) Inspiring documentary. I even did a 10-minute meditation during lunch today and my brain hated every minute of it.
A quote I want to share with you:
Wisdom, I conclude, is not contemplation alone, not action alone, but contemplation in action.
— John Dunne (Source, a must read!)
Maybe, do do something.
I look forward to these secrets every Sunday.
