“Just one more article.”

Hi there,

Still here. If you are looking for a worthwhile New Year's resolution, why not give up doomscrolling?

Five things to share:

  1. This year has been my most unplugged year thus far. Not only in terms of less time spent online, but also more time enjoyed offline.

    A year offline

  2. How could this be happening to me?

  3. A quote I want to share with you:

It is easy to be heavy: hard to be light.
    — G.K. Chesterton

    Trying. Trying. Trying.

  4. Reason to quit searching for more bad news: Doomscrolling Is Slowly Eroding Your Mental Health, but it will never actually stop the doom itself. Feeling informed can be a salve, but being overwhelmed by tragedy serves no purpose.

  5. Two questions for you this week: What were your unplugging wins this year? How do you plan to spend more time offline in 2022?

That’s all for this week!

Bye, bye 2021.

Thank you for reading, and please share with anyone you think may benefit.
