Hi there,

We have a choice on what we consume online. We don’t have to engage with every content, information, and platform available if we choose not to. Just because it is there doesn't mean it deserves your attention.

Five things to share:

  1. There is so much negativity online; there is also so much positivity. We can choose to engage with the digital space in a lighthearted way, or we can just walk away. Laugh or log off is mantra for having a good time online.

    Laugh or log off

  2. One of the best laugh-out-loud, feel-good, quirky novels out there: The 100-year-old man who climbed out the window and disappeared by Jonas Jonasson. It’s never too late to start over!

  3. Laugh Factory: The best stand up comedy clips online.

  4. A quote I want to share this week:

A good laugh and a long sleep are the two best cures for anything.
    — Irish Proverb

Laugh a little. Sleep a little more.

  5. Reddit can be positive. Memes can be wholesome. Instead of an article, I’m sharing with you /r/wholesomememes— a Reddit community for those searching for a way to capture the virtue on the Internet.

That’s all for this week!

Thank you for reading, and please share with anyone you think may benefit.
