I recently went on an unplugged vacation and didn’t check my email or Instagram for a whole week: It was wonderful, I’m still alive.

Five things to share:

1. It has finally dawned on me I am one person with one brain, and there is only so much information I can realistically consume before I die of information-exhaustion. Hey, stress kills! With that, it is time for another digital declutter.

2. I read Marie Kondo’s book Joy at Work: Organizing Your Professional Life and the chapter on digital clutter really resonated with me. Cheers to a digital life that sparks joy, not overwhelm.

3. I watched Matt D’Avella’s Guide to Digital Minimalism again.

4. A quote I want to share with you this week:
