Hi there,
All the advice you need for your digital well-being can be summarized in one sentence: Find meaningful activities to enjoy offline. More time spent offline equals less time spent online. I should delete my blog.
Spent majority of last week unplugged, and I forgot the internet existed, Oops!, so no five things to share this week.
Still, I want to remind you, and myself, that there is a beautiful world outside of our screens and it is so much more enjoyable than scrolling, retweets and hashtags.
One thing I find works really well is being surrounded by like-minded people who also want to spend more time unplugged. Find such people.
You can also give The Intentional Technology Moai a try. It’s a free 30-day group accountability program designed to get you to use technology more intentionally. Registration for this cohort closes this Thursday, September 9. Reclaim your life from addictive technology.
(P.s. I’ll be there!)
That’s all for this week!
Thank you for reading, and please share with anyone you think may benefit.

"I should delete my blog."
Heard that. I've been thinking about how to transition my reading and writing into my direct community. Nothing against internet peeps.
Wonderful shots — and thoughts. 😊
