If three years of living without social media has taught me anything it is that I like it like that. My Instagram is scheduled for deletion thirty days from today! If you have been thinking about deleting social media— Oops, sorry I meant the metaverse— let’s do it together, in spirit.

At the beginning of this year, if anyone would have told me I would be back on LinkedIn, let alone enjoying it, I'd say they were drunk, high, or a combination of the two. Alas, here I am.
Not that I think social media is inherently, or even largely, good. Rather, I am seeing if one can find the benefits to social media, especially in regards to a career change, it's worth finding out what that looks like. However, when it comes to Facebook, Instagram, and such? I think there's too much collateral damage, so to speak, to make my time on there worthwhile.
